Do you work with multiple industries?
Yes. We work with B2B companies across multiple industries. Each campaign still focuses on one ideal customer profile at a time so targeting and results stay measurable.
What exactly do you do for us?
We run the full cold email outreach campaign end to end: infrastructure setup, lead sourcing and list building, copywriting, sequence build, launch, monitoring, optimisation, and reporting. Positive replies are forwarded to you for follow up.
How long does it take to get started?
We use a 2 week setup period before launch to set up domains and inboxes, configure email authentication, warm inboxes, build the lead list, and prepare the first sequence.
How long does a campaign run for?
A standard campaign runs for 3 months, plus the 2 week setup period.
Do you use my main business domain to send outreach?
No. Outreach is sent from dedicated outreach domains and inboxes to protect your primary brand domain.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
They are email authentication records that help verify legitimate sending and reduce unauthorised use of your domains. They also support deliverability and trust signals with email providers.
How many leads do you contact?
You receive 1,000 to 1,500 verified leads at launch, with 100 to 150 new leads added in months 2 and 3 to keep volume healthy as bounces, unsubscribes, and replies happen.
Do you guarantee a certain number of replies or meetings?
No. Results depend on your offer, market, and audience fit. We do guarantee disciplined setup, careful monitoring, and steady iteration throughout the campaign.
What kind of emails do you send?
Plain-text outreach emails that are designed to start conversations, not promotional newsletter-style emails. Sequences typically include 4 to 6 emails with follow ups.
How many messaging angles do you test?
Most campaigns use 2 to 3 messaging tracks across the campaign. We usually launch with one track, then refine and add tests at monthly reviews.
What happens when someone replies?
Positive replies are forwarded to you quickly so you can respond while intent is high. Non-relevant replies, opt-outs, and bounce handling are managed as part of the campaign operations.
Do you handle replying to prospects for us?
By default, no. You handle follow up and booking. If you want managed follow up, we can scope that separately.
What reporting do we get?
Weekly summaries focused on deliverability, reply rate, and positive replies, plus a monthly strategy review with recommendations and next steps.
What do you need from us to make it work?
Fast approvals during setup, clarity on your offer and ideal customer, and consistent follow up on positive replies once the campaign is live.
Is this compliant with UK regulations?
We run campaigns with UK PECR and GDPR requirements in mind, including clear opt-out and suppression lists. You’re still responsible for your overall compliance position, but we keep the operational side disciplined.
Do you keep our data and lead lists?
Raw lead data is deleted after 6 months unless otherwise agreed.
Can you target specific locations or job titles?
Yes. Targeting can include geography, industry, company size, and job roles, depending on what’s most relevant for your offer.
What does it cost?
Pricing is £75 setup fee plus £250 per month for 3 months. Total £825 per campaign.
